Compensation and Benefits Analyst

Objective

To ensure the success of the development of all employees across all levels and support areas.

    Responsibilities

    • To apply the policies and procedures related to Compensation & Benefits management at SYKES Latin America S.A, as to ensure compliance with internal equity norms and market competitiveness.
    • To continuously diagnose company salary and benefit best practices through market analysis and salary surveys
    • To keep the benefits and all agreements for SYKES Costa Rica up to date.
    • To handle, execute and coordinate monthly Recognition Program, executing budget, managing the e-store, coordinating and executing deliveries and ongoing inquires made by the users.
    • To handle, review and approve the Educational Reimbursement Program for all company employees.
Trilingual Technical Support Specialist

Requirements

  • Last year student of Business Administration or B.A in Business Administration or related field (Must).
  • Schedule flexibility: to work all schedules weekdays and weekends (Must).
  • Advanced English Speaker. Proficiency level (85 %>) (Must).
  • Proficient written and typing skills.
  • Compensation and benefits experience in multinational companies.
  • Experience working with HayGroup Job Valuation Methodology (must).
