training related logistics are available for delivery (locally and delivered by Corporate Trainers
(material, tools, facilities, invites).
To perform administrative functions: keep track of the courses for Managerial positions in order
to satisfy their career growth and development in the company; reports, account meetings as to
provide accurate information to management when needed.
To identify ATB’s (After training behaviors) in order to create new training action plans.
To be involved in ongoing training processes (Train the Trainer), related to new tools, materials,
products and any other kind of information that must be transferred to agents or trainees.
To train people leaders in effective techniques for training, such as new employees' orientation,
on-the-job training, sales techniques, health and safety practices, management development,
and adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, and technologies.
To administrate, support and maintain updated online tools to provide online courses.
