Educational and Development Specialist

Objective

To ensure the success of the development of all employees across all levels and support areas.

    Responsibilities

    • To select appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role-play, and computer- based training.
    • To develop training curricula (learning components or modules, training agenda, and learning activities), in order to transfer knowledge from client to trainee.
    • To contribute in the design, implementation and communication process of the learning and development program enrollment procedures within the site and to all program candidates when applicable.
    • To organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
    • To deliver specific training curricula to trainees as to comply with clients’ SLA regarding training; as well as courses that are addressed specifically to AM’s and Support Area personnel to assure training related logistics are available for delivery (locally and delivered by Corporate Trainers (material, tools, facilities, invites).
    • To perform administrative functions: keep track of the courses for Managerial positions in order to satisfy their career growth and development in the company; reports, account meetings as to provide accurate information to management when needed.
    • To identify ATB’s (After training behaviors) in order to create new training action plans.
    • To be involved in ongoing training processes (Train the Trainer), related to new tools, materials, products and any other kind of information that must be transferred to agents or trainees.
    • To train people leaders in effective techniques for training, such as new employees' orientation, on-the-job training, sales techniques, health and safety practices, management development, and adaptations to changes in policies, procedures, and technologies.
    • To administrate, support and maintain updated online tools to provide online courses.
    • Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
    • Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Trilingual Technical Support Specialist

Requirements

  • University studies (Complete or in progress) in Curriculum Development or similar, Project Management and/or Business Administration, Instructional Design, Active Learning (Must).
  • Teaching experience (1 – 3 years) (Must).
  • Advanced English Speaker. Proficiency level (90 %>) (Must).
  • Intermediate to advance excel knowledge (Must).
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design, Active Learning courses, E-Learning (Desired).
  • Microsoft Windows Operative Systems usage knowledge.
  • Client facing experience and negotiation skills are required.
  • Group and People handling skills.
  • Self-driven, Proactive, organized individual.
  • Other software packages (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI or similar).
  • Adult Learning knowledge and skills.
  • Advanced facilitation skills.
