Marketing and Communication Executive

Objective

Responsibilities

• To coordinate the communications strategy with our Digital and Branding Agency based on attracting and retaining talent.
• Provide daily support to internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for the implementation of the internal communications strategy.
• To coordinate designs and campaigns with vendors.
• To propose new campaigns to support the requests from internal stakeholders.
• Supports and coordinates the production and quotes of graphic arts for Accounts and Support Areas.
• To plan and coordinate events for external and internal audiences.
• To create audiovisual and written content.
• Supports communication tool deployments (Bulletins, Boards/TV monitors).
• To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior
• Responsible for the execution of paid media in online and offline channels.
• Assure the quality and execution of online and offline advertising strategies directly with advertising agencies.
• To provide the proper support to achieve goals and commitments as support department inside the organization

Requirements

• Licentiate University degree: Advertising, Journalism, Design or Marketing. (Must)>
• Advanced English Speaker. Proficiency level (85 %>) (Must).
• Schedule flexibility: to work all schedules weekdays and weekends (Must).
• Proficient written and typing skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, etc.).
• Web design.
• Experience in pre-production, production and post-production of audiovisual content.
• Knowledge and experience in graphic design, audiovisual production, creativity, and photography.
• Communication and high knowledge in graphic design and audiovisual production.
• Experience in production and launching of ads in media.
• Experience in managing high-quality printing, graphics, and audiovisual communications materials
