- To deliver a world class and highly professional recruiting service to the organization.
- To run a thorough assessment of all candidates, ensuring fulfilling requisitions with the
highest level of success rate possible.
- To analyze profile match or gaps of each candidate and prepare robust recommendations for
the business to close them and upskill newly hired talent.
- To implement a 360 full-cycle attraction and selection strategy for all requisitions.
- To stablish networking across the Talent Acquisition market that will strategically contribute
to solidify our talent pools and maintain recruiting connections with experts in the space.
- To ensure an exceptional red-carpet hiring manager experience.
- To ensure an exceptional red-carpet candidate experience.
- To keep accurate and optimal tracking of all recruiting processes.
- To comply with and apply Specialized Recruiting SLA’s, ensuring an efficient and agile
handling of all processes.
- To provide completed files for all candidates hired.
- To attend job fairs and other HR-related activities in order to support positioning SYKES as
an employer of choice and capture required talent.
- To provide answer to escalations or stakeholder’s inquiries in a highly professional and
business-oriented manner. SLA=24 hrs.
- To assist the Supervisor and TA Management in other activities as requested.
- To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.
