To efficiently provide high quality and effective technical assistance to Cisco internal customers experiencing issues while planning, scheduling or participating in meetings using Telepresence technology, video conference rooms or other collaboration tools.
- Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85%>)
- Cisco CCNA Modules 2
- Schedule flexibility
- Passionate for technology.
- CCNA Modules 3-4 (desired).
- Student of a university career (preferably in a technology field).
- Experience in a technical support role is highly desired.
- Must be able to speak and write English clearly and effectively to customers and employees.
- Able to read and understand training material, policies and procedures, etc. in English.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Advanced facilitation skills.
- Basic e-Learning processes.
- Negotiation Skills.
