Objective

To efficiently provide high quality and effective technical assistance to customers experiencing issues with WiFi connectivity.

Responsabilities

  • Interact with customers via telephone, chat, e-mail resolve the issue accordingly.
  • Identify the root cause of a case, by troubleshooting and isolating the issue.
  • To document all interactions and steps taken towards case resolution, in a professional and accurate matter
  • Work with all operating systems (macOS, Android, Windows and iOS).
  • To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.
CISCO Security Analyst

Requirements

  • Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85%>) (must).
  • Cisco CCNA Modules 2 (must)
  • Schedule flexibility (must)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills (must)
  • Basic knowledge on windows operative systems and Office (must)
  • Basic WiFi knowledge: Configure and troubleshoot WiFi connectivity of multiple devices (iOS, Android, PC, macOS) (must).
  • Student of a university career (preferably in a technology field).
  • Experience in a technical support role is highly desired.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and understand training material, policies and procedures, etc. in english./li>
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Advanced facilitation skills.
  • Basic e-Learning processes.
  • Negotiation Skills.
