Cisco Technical Support Agent

Objective

To efficiently provide high quality and effective technical assistance to Cisco internal customers experiencing issues while planning, scheduling or participating in meetings using Telepresence technology, video conference rooms or other collaboration tools.

Responsabilities

  • Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85%>)
  • Cisco CCNA Modules 2
  • Schedule flexibility
  • Passionate for technology.
  • CCNA Modules 3-4 (desired).
  • Student of a university career (preferably in a technology field).
  • Experience in a technical support role is highly desired.
  • Must be able to speak and write English clearly and effectively to customers and employees.
  • Able to read and understand training material, policies and procedures, etc. in English.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Advanced facilitation skills.
  • Basic e-Learning processes.
  • Negotiation Skills.
CISCO Security Analyst

Requirements

  • Interact with internal customers via telephone, chat, e-mail or instant messaging to resolve the issue accordingly
  • Identify the root cause of a case, by troubleshooting and isolating the issue
  • To follow up on the customer's issue by maintaining periodic timely updates, setting up appointments, and any other commitment made to the customers until the issue is solved.
  • To document all interactions and steps taken towards case resolution, in a professional and accurate matter.
  • To maintain adequate technical proficiency in products and platforms supported and any other relevant technologies.
  • To participate in team meetings (internal and / or with the client)
  • To perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior.
