Responsibilities
  • Proporcionar los servicios de logística, menaje y alimentarios requeridos para la realización de eventos.
  • Reportar las necesidades de mantenimiento y reparación de los equipos y mobiliario necesario para el desahogo de los trabajos asignados.
  • Tramitar la contratación de todos los recursos y elementos necesarios para el desarrollo exitoso del evento.
  • Asistencia con facturación de eventos y beneficios de alimentación de cuentas, entre otros.
  • Elaboración de costeos.
