Engagement Promoter (On-site)
To support any initiative, task or event, identified as key on the process of building a SYKES Employee Experience Excellence Culture.
- 6 months experience as an assistant or receptionist (must).
- Flexibility to work from any site (must).
- English Level 70 % (desired).
- Proven project planning and organization abilities (Must).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organized, ability to multi-task and keep records organized and updated.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prepare, organize, and delivery the items of the SYKES recognition program.
- Keep updated the inventory of the SYKES recognition program.
- Support the delivery of SYKES points.
- To identify any possible driver of dissatisfaction on the account.
- To participate in the onboarding sessions for new hires.
