Engagement Promoter (On-site)

Objective
To support any initiative, task or event, identified as key on the process of building a SYKES Employee Experience Excellence Culture.
Hard skills
  • 6 months experience as an assistant or receptionist (must).
  • Flexibility to work from any site (must).
  • English Level 70 % (desired).
  • Proven project planning and organization abilities (Must).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized, ability to multi-task and keep records organized and updated.
Soft skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, organize, and delivery the items of the SYKES recognition program.
  • Keep updated the inventory of the SYKES recognition program.
  • Support the delivery of SYKES points.
  • To identify any possible driver of dissatisfaction on the account.
  • To participate in the onboarding sessions for new hires.
