Storage Engineer II


Perform first-level customer-facing support functions for systems, storage, and backup incidents in accordance with the account incident management process.

Hard skills
  • Storage environment experience.
  • Experience supporting SAN Switches (Brocade, Cisco, or Mcdata).
  • Must have a working knowledge of RAID, SCSI, SAN, and NAS.
Soft skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skill are required.
  • Must have the ability to effectively work in a team environment, as well as independently.
Assist in developing and installing cost-effective, operationally supportable solutions that meet complex customer requirements and SLAs.
Maintain technical knowledge of multiple technologies within a customer’s environment.
Provide direct operational support to the largest managed services customers, maintaining ownership and deep technical knowledge.
Deliver end-of-the-road support for complex environments.
