Tech Academy Coordinator

Objective

To assure all instructors receive the appropriate tools to build the skills necessary to perform their duties and comply with corporate standards of quality and service; furthermore, to support administrative tasks within the Tech Academy Department.

Hard skills
  • Advanced Speaker. English Level 80% or above (desired).
  • Administrative assistance experience (must).
  • Advanced MS Office user.
  • Data analysis capacity.
  • Excellent time management.
Soft skills
  • Group and People handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Leadership Experience.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Initiative and self-starter.
Responsibilities
  • To organize, coordinate the logistics, and planning necessary to provide outstanding course performance.
  • To organize and arrange administrative support functions for the Tech Academy such as reports, trackers, historical data, course completion, and any other related to the Tech Academy.
  • To innovate the course curricula, as needed; (learning components or lessons and/or modules, course agenda, learning activities, etc.), to improve transferring knowledge.
