Tech Academy Coordinator
To assure all instructors receive the appropriate tools to build the skills necessary to perform their duties and comply with corporate standards of quality and service; furthermore, to support administrative tasks within the Tech Academy Department.
- Advanced Speaker. English Level 80% or above (desired).
- Administrative assistance experience (must).
- Advanced MS Office user.
- Data analysis capacity.
- Excellent time management.
- Group and People handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Leadership Experience.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Initiative and self-starter.
- To organize, coordinate the logistics, and planning necessary to provide outstanding course performance.
- To organize and arrange administrative support functions for the Tech Academy such as reports, trackers, historical data, course completion, and any other related to the Tech Academy.
- To innovate the course curricula, as needed; (learning components or lessons and/or modules, course agenda, learning activities, etc.), to improve transferring knowledge.
