Technical Support Specialist
To indirectly contribute to company’s revenue and growth, by offering technical insight and expert advice to company’s business partners and qualified company sales employees, as they work with end customers to define a solution that meets their specific needs in a company’s way. And to assist company partners and qualified employees in the Americas, helping them to position the best technical solution for each specific scenario; by providing comprehensive, accurate and timely information, which may include product technical details, compatibility, features validating or creating bills or materials, among others. - Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85 %>)
- Advanced proficiency in French as well, is a plus!!
- 75% completion of CCNA track (must).
- Previous experience working with networking equipment
- Experience in a sales environment is a plus
- Experience in a technical support role is highly desired
- Monitor the different sources of incoming support requests and pick up cases in a timely manner.
- Effectively resolve incoming inquiries meeting the different key performance indicators.
- Provide adequate follow-up to each case.
- Be fully aware of current policies and procedures in order to stay updated on relevant changes that can affect his performance.
