Since 2007, at SYKES we have been committed to the development of talent and the well-being of people, that is why our SYKES Academy aims to train hundreds of people in the English language and thus offer them a job offer.

People interested in being part of our academy must have: Be over 18 years of age • A minimum of 77% in the English language according to the SYKES evaluation methodology, have completed high school baccalaureate, delinquency sheet.

 Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate may be eligible to work at SYKES or some other company in the service sector.

Any interested person who meets the requirements established by SYKES in its regular evaluation and recruitment processes may apply to the academy.









It all started back in 2007 when I was recruited to be part of the second wave of SYKES Academy. Those lessons helped me improve my English level. After 2 months, I was hired as a Customer Service representative for one of the toughest accounts at the time.
